Wanted: Real men There are barely 7% women in Boardroom positions in The Netherlands and that in the country proudly positions itself as emancipated and an equal opportunity employer. Apparently, when it comes to actually appointing women in top positions, diversity at the top is suddenly not such a high priority; which is why we are searching for men with the strength of character to appoint women. Real men have the courage to break through the pre-conceived notion that women are somehow less qualified. They understand that women often have different career paths, and that top women also have different ways of working and of expressing themselves. Executive women are different, but hardly less qualified. Real men know this and act accordingly. We are looking for these men, the managers that are not afraid to do the best thing for the company.

at the top - is of strategic importance and leads to improved performance.
