Diversity is a hot topic. Many organizations are looking - and some admit to desperately - for top women. The easy way out is to repeat the mantra: there are no women.

But there most definitely are top level executive women. Perhaps no one searched in women's networks, or perhaps this is due to the fact that women do not position themselves as aggressively as men, and are therefore overlooked.
