The
Glass guide
The Glass Guide is a project that is being
implemented with financial support of the Equal fund of the European
Union and the Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs.
The Glass Guide
aims at improving the career possibilities of women within companies
and institutions in the Netherlands and elsewhere in the European
Union. Women who want to be promoted to higher functions are often
confronted with obstructions which to an important degree are the
result of the management culture in an organisation: the so-called
Glass Ceiling.
