NOW is the time for women
in de boardroom
We know that women contribute to a balanced view
in boardrooms and that women have a positive influence on the culture
and proceedings in top management teams. Extensive research and
our own experience have proved this to be true.
Diverse teams create new possibilities for the
future.
In the light of the current crisis, it becomes even
more important to ensure that we give precedence to the best teams
we have.
Those teams include both men and women.
Based on this vision, we summon the Secretary
of the Treasury Wouter Bos to seize the opportunity to appoint Dutch
women that have the knowledge and commitment to face the business
challenges arising from the necessary changes in the financial sector.
These women are able to lead financial institutions and to contribute
to a better management and the restoring of trust and stability.
